User Agreement

Welcome to Yuuki ("we", "our", or "us"). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Yuuki mobile application (“App”), which enables you to chat with unique AI characters and receive analysis based on uploaded content. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use Yuuki for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful.

2. AI Conversations

The App allows users to chat with AI characters that possess unique backgrounds, personalities, and professions. You understand and agree that:

• All responses from AI characters are generated for entertainment, or informational purposes.

• No AI response should be considered professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any AI-generated content.

3. Uploaded Content

Users may upload images and accompanying descriptions for AI analysis. By uploading content, you:

• Represent that you own the content or have the legal right to share it.

• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the content to provide responses.

• Agree not to upload any illegal, offensive, harmful, or inappropriate material.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our sole discretion.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App in a way that violates laws or infringes on rights.

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or AI characters.

• Interfere with the operation of the App or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and features of the App, including character designs, AI interactions, visuals, and branding, are owned by Yuuki or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or for other reasons deemed necessary to protect our service or users.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI responses will be accurate, useful, or appropriate for all users or situations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
